I live in beautiful Lancaster Co., PA in the heart of Amish country! I am in my mid 50's. I have 2 sisters, one younger & the other older. My older sis lives in nCA Both myself & my older sis are single at the moment. My younger sis lives about 1 1/2 hr from me, also in PA. She has 4 children & is married. Older boys are from a 1st marriage, younger children are from 2nd marriage. My father is still living & doing well for being 86 yrs old. He lives in Phila. I am currently on gov't disability, although I would like to be working again at some point in time so that I can own a decent car again. I love my little birds here which I feed w/ 3 feeders out, and a lovely cement bird bath, which some of you have read about! I have a nice little vgarden which I have only had to water 3xs myself so far this summer because of all the rain here! I started most of my veggies by seed excepting the tomatoes and 4 of the pepper plants. I also have some more baby pepper plants to go in that I did start from seed. I also have a pumpkin patch. I went a bit overboard, though, and I put in jack o lanterns, gourds, mini pumpkins, and, the GIANT PUMPKIN!!! Lol!! My pumpkin patch was also all started by seed!! Hope they do alright.
