Hello World!
To my friends here, I am PP or Petals.. Either works for me..
Many moons ago, I was born in a little town in NC. Suddenly some nice people took away about 60 acres of our property, but in exchange, they built me a great big swimming pool called Lake Norman. I spent many hours swimming or fishing or walking along that gorgeous lake. I went to school and high school there and worked there in that small town. It is now a HUGE town that left the town and moved to the LAKE! Amazing to go home now and see the constant changes, but it is still kinda home to me.. I met my future husban in Algebra II class. He did very well in that class, but I almost failed it for having trouble consentrating!
I married when I was 21 and moved to TN. I became a Tennesse girl then and loved my new home very much. We moved from Nashville south to the country.. but it didn't stay country long as is most often the case! I have one son who is now grown and on his own.. I have the same husband and a new kitty cat, Tilly. She is a ball of fun and frustration, but mostly, she is a joy!
Flower, critters, birds, bees, trees, sky, clouds, etc etc etc are my greatest enjoyments. Nature calls me from every angle! There is nothing much I don't find joy in seeing or observing or taking photos of! Photography is also a great love of my life. I find the world looks different through the camera lens! Cameras are my constant companion. There are not many days that go by that I don't take a few photos of something.. even if I delete them after viewing! LOL
