Ok, I am new at this and can't figure out how to insert my pic of lillies into this post....help!

Hello....do you have pictures stored on a website, like Photobucket? If you don't start there by downloading what you want to share. You cannot post right from your computer on this site. Let us know if you do and we can go from there. If I am not here someone else will jump in to help you farther.

Also check around the site, we have directions on the site on how to do a lot of things. See all the lists of things in the blue line....put your arrow on that (Community)  and it will show  "FAQS.".I think it is there.

Welcome, dunnams!

Maybe I can expand on what Sherry said.

A lot of us use Photobucket as a host for our pictures.  It is free and safe.
Join and Upload your pics there.
Under the pic you will see a list of links.  click on "direct Link" and copy it.
Go to your message box here, type your message and then hit "enter".

Now click on the little square green icon above the message box.
There you will see a space to click on where you will paste your link.
Go to the resizing boxes and resize to 400 x 320.
Click on Insert.

It will show up in your preview as just part of the pic, but when you click on Post it will be the whole pic.
