Morning all and thank you Dave. Been busy the last couple of hours writing to Katie, trying to resolve an issue with Trend Micro (program supposed to be better than Norton) that I'd bought last April. Supposed to cover 5 computers but only got it on the old one and on the Acer. They said I'd 'maxed out attempts', well, it's difficult to install and took several attempts on all. Am negotiating now since they want me to buy it all over again....
Soon to hit the shower and get ready to head for Jackson. Will try to call the Sec of State when I get out to see if I can 'pop over' there and get Jason's stuff done too. Must look up a map or something since I've no clue where this place is and hate driving around Jackson. Will have to dress appropriately in something coolish that doesn't show the sweat since it's to be HOT today.
Baked potatoes in Frenchie yesterday to have with the refried beans and grilled pork chops I marinated for Tom to cook. Was good; he said it was great. I love the solar cooking. Keeps the kitchen cooler and far less work in the long run. Don't have to stir stuff and nothing will burn.
We took yesterday off. Was too hot and humid to be outside except when necessary. Tom didn't even fire up Lil Husky....I think he'll wait till I'm in Jackson......
Almost 5 so must get dogs' pills ready, give them and take a shower. Can't water this morning since I must leave so early so will have to when I get back once the sun goes down past the trees. Needed it yesterday but too hot in the afternoon and didn't get it all done before church yesterday. Didn't get much done at all.
Sherry, I hope they got it done for you and that the windows come along as well. Is so hard to wait sometimes.
Tigsy, 3 weeks isn't much....
Dave, I usually get up at 3 every morning unless I'm at work (where I'm already up with only 4 hours left to the shift...). Is the only quiet time I have all day. Like to get outside at first light to get stuff done since I can't handle the heat of the day even after all these years.
Darn, out of time. Gotta' 'pill' the dogs and go get clean.
Enjoy the day if you can.

Good morning All. Sunny and pleasant. Chance of storm late this afternoon.
Thought I had better check in since haven't posted for awhile. just been lazy, busy at work, and haven't been getting on the computer at home much. Any of those excuses will work. LOL.
Getting in the vacation mode. We leave on July 4th for a week in Indiana . Looking forward to it. I am counting the days.
Well better get to work. Have a good one.
this is my hydranga any ides
Good morning, friends! Computer thingie says 62, but I suspect it's higher. Well, maybe not – high will be 77, low tonight 52. I'll take it! DDiL said she'd heard it'll be 100 by Thursday, but I don't think it'll really happen.
It's looking like another week of nothing at work; next book comes in on July 6 at the earliest. Authors are rarely early, usually late. We've got book club this evening.
Dave, I'll bet it actually hits 100 by you. Doesn't sound fun at all. Yeah, I'm sure it's hard to stay off that foot, but keep trying; you'll heal faster and then be able to get back to your usual activities sooner. Your hydrangea is a pretty bush, even without flowers. I'll see if I can find some information on line today about why it won't bloom.
Brenda, that's a rotten game to play – saying you've maxed out your attempts. The nerve! Hope you win. (I'm sure the program wasn't cheap, either.) Yeah, this 3 weeks will be going faster and faster, I'm sure. I went out and got some candies for the favors yesterday. Still a list of stuff to get, things to do...
Robbie, are you low on the moisture scale? These storms keep getting in our forecast, and then they never materialize. We'll have to ration water soon. A week in IN camping sounds lovely.
Well, it's off to work now. Looks like a nice day out there. Hope everyone has a lovely day and enjoys it thoroughly!
Ever lose a day? That's what happened to me yesterday. I overdid it on Saturday and Sunday was a total loss. I've looked at my calendar for the week and been taking things off it.
Sorry, forgot to say good morning.
If I was 10 years younger this recovery would be a snap but I'm not and it isn't. So I'm ready for a morning nap and that's where I'm headed. I'll read up on your doings on Sunday another time.

Good morning, Dave, yes be good, that looks a bird dropped seed tree behind your hydrangea! Brenda- this heat makes me tired! Robbee- have fun camping, have you been to Spring Mills state park in Indiana? not too far from Ky state line., has a Mill and they sell cornmeal made there, don't know what area you live in.I'll be going 7th with 12 of the families to florida. it's 75* up to 88* today been for an early walk with a nice breeze, had to take all things off patio as people coming ? to pressure wash and paint exterior apartments,a nice beige with cream trim. have a nice day everyone, Mary in Ky 10.22am
Tigsy, we do need moisture but we are not so dry that we need to ration. Been getting litttle showers along the way. We are not camping in Indiana. Already booked a hotel in home town. It is a 13 hour drive and we don't want to pull the camper out there. Hotel will be a treat.
Mary I have been to Spring Mill state park many times years ago. I grew up in Indiana but just visit now. We moved away in 1982. We try to go to the family reunion every year or so. I have lots of cousins and 2 aunts still there so must visit when we can. My brother and family will be there from Wisconsin so will get to see him also.
