Hi, I am new to the forum. I don't have a pic of this bird but maybe someone knows what it is by description. It's black/gray and it's whole lower part it completely speckled with black and white specks. Beautiful bird!

It seems a little early yet, but that depends on where you live...sounds like a European Starling changing into his winter plumage...they are pretty then, but this is still one of the most hated birds in America...they very aggressively oust our native birds from their nesting cavities, even killing them at times.

I live in Southeastern IN. I first saw this bird about one month ago. The one I saw this morning was gray with it's whole bottom speckled. It was gray all over including its head.
Juvenile starlings are grayish...can't think of what else it could be.
