Since our gardens are starting to wind down along with our inventory of pictures to post in Pic of the Day, this thread is dedicated to pictures of things you are thankful for this Thanksgiving season.
It could be something material, maybe a harvest or a celebration, a success, or simply anything you want to give thanks for. I'll start with a photo taken at Molly's this past September showing friends from this board that I am thankful for getting the opportunity to have met in person.
Please add yours and feel free to keep adding thanks continually. What a blessing it will be to all sharing our joys.
"This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it." Psalm 118:24
I am also thankful for having met everyone over Labor Day. I am also very thankful for the good health of my children and grandchildren. I am also very thankful that this year is almost over, lol.

Thankful for every breath....and being able to do with DH what we love the most...serve our dear God and Creator to the best of our abilities...our lives revolve around that and brings joy and blessings. We also thank for the different seasons, Fall is our favorite since the weather is at its best and my plants DO GREAT!!!! Family and Friends rank high also....
I am so thankful for all of my friends and family. This is the last pic taken of me and my three girls. It is an older pic, but the last time all of us have been in one place together long enough for a picture. When I see a sunrise or a sunset, or a rainbow, I am grateful that the Good Lord has allowed me to live long enough to see my grandchildren grow up, one to marry and have twin sons! I have been truly blessed in my life and there were periods I am sure I didn't deserve all of those blessings.
And I am truly grateful for a wonderful group of women who traveled so far just to come see my weeds. And what a fun weekend it was, I am sure everyone remembers the bathing beauties!
Photo challange says it all for me. Maybe I'll find the magic later. am thankful for Health - even with the challanges!! PTL for that and the ability to get the meds I need. Also for the Greenhouse in my front porch. It is 60 out there and I played there for 2 hours this AM! so much fun!
Oh those pics of Labor Day weekend at Molly's bring back such good memories. I am so thankful that we did that...it is always a blessing to have new friends...and what good friends they are.
This year especially, I am SO thankful for family. Our kids and Grandkids have helped us through alot this past year. Here are my 6 Grands...taken at Mother's Day.
I am also thankful for a our home. After spending many long days at the hospital, it was so nice to "come home". After our wonderful trip to Virginia...it was good to "come home." Each day after work. it is good to "come home." I pray for those that have no place to call home.
AND...I am thankful for the beautiful flowers and plants that help me pass so many hours and give me so much pleasure. Charlene
It is heart warming to read all of your posts and see you pictures. I have so much to be thankful for this beautiful home and my space here in the wilderness but more importantly the health and the strength to take care of it and have all of my gardens. The joy of my life however is my grandchildren which I give thanks for everyday.

I thank God for giving me life and health and B&B on the internet.
What a great memory you folks have from the summer. But weren't there any guys on the trip? LOL
Your grandchildren are all beautiful.
Have a great day.
Janis
Janis, if there were any guys on that trip they left them in the car. It was an all girl weekend and that made it even better. We could hang out in our undies if we wanted to and nobody cared. Come to think of it, did you girls have a guy stashed in the back of that SUV??? And I thought we shared everything!
I love the pics of your families, so many wonderful people with great family members. Sometime this winter we need to do a whole thread of just family pics.
Nice pictures to everyone.
Charlene I must say I love yours the most, your "home" and of cpoirse your grandkids are all so cute . . that little guy looks like he could be fun! Your home is beautiful and the landscape is awesome.
We are all lucky to have our "homes and each other" in this world today.
I pray each and every day for our troops as we have a nephew there . . his 5th tour.
For the most part I'm thankful that life is good. There are so many people with less. I'm thankful that my kids are healthy...even though they are teenagers and there is no love there for now.I remind them they will be friends when they get older. I'm also thankful that I have a good man...there seems to be a shortage of them sometimes.
