I am having a heck of a time keeping theses fruit flies out of my feeder's but maybe now with all this rain it drowned those little pest's

I've never had fruit flies at the feeders. Ants, bees, wasp but not fruit flies.
There should be nothing in your feeders that would attract fruit flies.
