Not a electrcian but maybe you should try to remove the paint so you could read about the motor. That seems to me to be where a lot of info would be found.
Yes! I thought about that, but, am afriad I might rub off the painted info on aluminum tag, may try some chemical paint removal first then very soft steel wool
Man this thing is so big and heavy that it may be for more then normal volts might be for commmercial use and not good for house us
If 220 , I can use it as I wired laundry room for dryer and my welder,
any bigger is no good for me
How about a rubbing with paper and chalk?
could you take a picture
upload it to the computer
then use google image search
insert your picture into the centre box and it will match up if there is anything like your motor out there
