a very nice day
You sound happy and enjoying yourself . Good for you ! GMZ
Pack up your worries in a big ole bag and Smile, Smile Smile
Glad you had a VERY nice day !
Glad you had success at market! Do you have a booth today? Most markets around here aren't open a Sunday. I reiterate what's already been said!

Good to hear from you Ann. Glad you are having a good time with meal and chatting with friend. You sound so good and treating yourself well. Glad you did well with your booth. Keep it up and wishing you the good life.
Let every day be a good day!
Hi Ann, glad to see you checking in. Life sounds good right now. Glad that you had a nice bisit with your friend. It is always good to take time to visit. Take care,
Sounds like a nice day, Ann.
Did you get my e-mail?
Hello, Ann!!
Love your new avatar!!! I think I've already said that a million times, hehe.
You, lucky you!!! Yum, I love curried chicken & bean rice!!!
Thank goodness for GFs who call to spend the day with you & catch up with each other's lives! Ain't that great?!!:)
Hi Ann - good to see a post from you and know you are doing okay - even to having a sqare meal with a good friend - do hope you are eating well most of the time.
Glad your booth did well, too. Were you happy with your Craft Show awhile ago - I never did see the results of that - but it was an experience.
Think Spring has finally found us in Quebec - we often watch the Thunder Bay news broadcast, so keep track of you. Are you still in touch with your family and living in the trailer? Don't answer if it too personal. Good wishes going your way...........Elaine
without getting too detailed - staying at the shop
thankyou all for the kind wishes and thoughts
I fused some smiley magnets in the kiln and i have one on the small fridge at work - not because i luv them but because it reminds me that stopping to smile will always help
I also use the stop technique - stop a bad thought in its tracks and then turn it around
I'm beginning to realize that although I love to be spontaneous - such as going out on the spur of the moment at 8pm at nite with a friend who was only in on short notice for the weekend as she has to go to court on mon
but I like routine as well
Today was my me day of the complex and although another friend decided against our usual luncheon i went alone and enjoyed a lovely Finn creamed salmon fish soup with dark rye bread - I am comfortable enough at this restaurant to do this
well actually down east when same friend preferred to drink wine rather than eat i went down to the restaurant and had a meal alone -
if i can travel half way across the world on my own i can certainly eat a meal on my own
lol
Good morning SUNSHINE! You really need to read your own posts from our prospective to "see" how much personal growth you have accompolished in these last months, to read the confidence in your words.
You have become a woman who is confident enough to travel across the globe by herself, eat out alone; VERY IMPRESSIVE! You can function and think on your own and can act on a thought on a moments notice.
To go from this to a SMILEY FACE , I think it's cool!
Ann, glad things are going so well! It's easy to let yourself get into a depressed state of mind, even w/o all the trials of life that you have had to endure, even if life is on easy street! What do your smiley creations look like? I'd love to see one.
oh thankyou all
the smileys were an off the wall idea - i will indeed have toshare one as they have received comments at the market - basically about a 2 1/2 to 3 in circle of yellow fused glass with black glass eyes and mouth with a magnet on the back to place on a metal surface
I was making innukshuk and small turtles and thought hmmm how about a smiley
If they are an item that isn't too terribly expensive, I'd love to purchase one from you! I think MaShirley said she'd like to buy something from you too, but I hope I'm not putting words in her mouth about that! You could do lots of smiley thingies! I used to have a neat smiley mug but lost it yrs ago.
Thankyou all so very much
