Hi All WWs! we are experiencing at least 10º colder than normal temps here for this week. Started out at 36º this morning and will get to low 50s and partly sunny with a brisk northerly wind. The next three nights we get get freezes again.
All beautiful pics everyone! Marilyn, you are doing a wonderful job of posting Janis' beautiful pics!
How do you all like PB's new photo editing? I only tried out a couple of things on it so far.
Have a great day everyone!
Pat ~ WC WI
Having a wet day here. Not to cold yet but damp.Supposed to be wet over the week-end.
Janis, Sorry about your problems getting you email. Was hoping to put some of your pictures in a collage but as you probably know PB changed their photo editing and the easy collage is no longer available. There is a way of doing it but is too difficult for me.
Hi Marg! Maybe you will find something I missed in PB. It is all hit or miss with me on that site anymore.
Hi Terry!
Hi Pat, Thanks about the pictures. I did make a post a couple days ago about the new PB, wanting to know how people liked it.My opinion, it's for more advanced, but there are a lot of things you can do, just not as easy.
This is another of Janis's pics. from Fla.
Hello Weather Birds & all who follow!!
Wow, Marilyn! You go girl!! Looking good there!:)
I have to go to a Crocheting Club tonight & hope to finish newborn booties to go with a Take-Me-Home outfit.
I hope that black lab block head dog will be there. He is camera shy & will play dead on the floor when I whip out my cell phone. Tonight I'm bringing my camera w/zoom this time so that I can hide & take his pic.
Hello Everyone! BBL!

Good afternoon everyone, it’s been cloudy and a little cool today with showers off and on all day. We had a little sunshine along with the rain and a few times the sun was shining at the same time it was raining and now we have a chance for hail or even thunderstorms!
Marilyn, you are doing a great job with posting the pictures from Janis, and I see you have once again added some great frames.
Thanks Marg, I love the flowers here and with all this rain we have been having they should really do well.
I still see Hummers everyday just not nearly as many as I did over the winter; I think they may be nesting. The ones I do see really seem to be camera shy, so I have not been taking their pictures. Hopefully the numbers of Hummers will soon return to normal.
Terry, you have a much better price on regular gas than we do ours is still $3.92 per gal and even with 15 cents off per gal using their credit card your gas is still cheaper.
Hi Pat & Tina!
Hi to all that have not yet had time to post.
My Snowball bush is just starting to show some blooms
Marnee
It's 49 degrees right now. It was a beautiful day but this weather sure has been weird, in a sunny spot the sun just bears down on you and your burning up then the wind picks up and it has a real chill to it. Maybe it's just me but it seems so different then other years. They keep predicting rain but it seems to go around us just like the snow did during the winter and I think we're in for a hot, dry summer. Corn is coming up in the fields but it it doesn't rain the farmers are going to be hurting, hopefully we will get some this weekend. Cut my hydrangea back a little late this year so don't know how it will do flowering, it's the Limelight variety. Hope tomorrow is a good day for everyone!

Those fuel perks really help if you look in the ailses while shopping you will see many.....and some will read double your points.....we got up to &1.20 off one fill....
Found out that you need a license to cut grass in this county.....LOL...they have spider grass growing here and what a pain to weed......it spreads with runners...LOL
Tina sounds like we might soon see a picture of your afghan and booties.....can't wait.....haven't crocheted in years but imagine it would be good finger dancing at this point in my life...LOL

Hello to all this morning! It is gloomy here, and will be low 40's with strong winds. Yesterday it rained and warmed up in afternoon while I was at the mall shopping. We had a downpour just as I got into the car with the groceries. Tonight we will be in 20's and a frost again. We are still in winter mode over the weekend.
Let every day be a good day!
Good morning y'all...wow the sun is finally peeking out! Been raining most of the week but "they" say we'll have sunny days for the weekend which is good 'cause the young man cuts my yard on Sat's. Love all the pics. mmarnee your flowers start earlier then up here in upper NW Wa. My tulips are finally out.
This has been an exciting week for me. I met my 21st Grt Grandchild & got to hold him for awhile. He'll be a week old tomorrow. I don't usually get to do that 'cause most of my Grt Grndkids live far away & are scattered about the country. His big sister is soooo cute & she gave me a big hug.
Been busy will get back later...God Bless & take care.
Prayer worn knees and a rusty hoe will not make the garden grow.
Hi everyone! Our temps are in the 40s today w/ sun in & out and quite windy! Janis, you sound so busy! Thought you'd be able to ease up down there, or are you back in WV? I guess you heard that Bonita from b&b moved somewhere in WV?
Terry, I'd love to hear a whiporwill, but never heard of that other one! We just have a very noisy mocker who seems to always want to be the first up! But it's interesting in this yard -- first the mocker, or mockingbird does it's thing, then the birds seem to take their turns -- cardinal comes along for a while w/ its songs, then the wren, etc. Other birds arent everyday, as these 3 are!
Mm, nice hydrangeas! They look like they are just blooming. Marilyn, you always post a nice pic, too! I wonder if you got the PB that you pay for, what the editing stuff would be like. I'm going to ask them for a trial version of it and see if I might want to pay for the PB svcs.
Grace, congrats on the new great grandbaby! Have a great day everyone!
--Marg, Lancaster Co, PA
Congratulations, Great-grandma Grace!!:)
It's nice that you got to hold him!:)
I didn’t make it to my Crochet Club last night. Thought I’d stop by one fabric store, but ended up at all of them & then it started to rain.
Hi Janis, wow, people in a county need a license to cut grass? Hope you get the ol' truck back from mechanics. Janis, I bought 2 socks & one pair of booties that matches "coming home outfit" just in case I don’t finish the booties. It's been a tradition to handmake the booties, but I haven’t even started, but you can do them in an hour. I need to get started with an afghan for the 2-week old portrait as my DD just told me she has run out of time to do it. I’ve done the hat:
But I need to do them with two different yarns to see which one will look best on the baby under those lights. Now I'm hoping the baby will be overdue, lol.
Looking good there, Marilyn!!:) Nice borders!!:)
Hi Pat!:) You got them cold winds back, huh? Hope it warms up for you soon.
Wow, Mmarnee!!:) Thanks for showing the whole Rhodendron bush with the blooms. Very pretty.:) The other looks like Snowball Viburnum? So pretty.:) I’ve always wanted one.
Hi Hiker!:) Hope you get rain for the corn crop or else you’ll be paying higher prices (like we did last year).
Hi Terry, I’ve been wondering if I have those Whip-poor-wills & Chuck-wills-widows here. I really want to see them. I’ll have to hear a recording of their sound as I wouldn’t know what they sound like.
Hi Posy!:) Sorry about your gloomy & cold weather. Hope sunshine will come soon.
Hi Marg!:) Wow, now that you got sun…you got the winds! Hope you get your spring-into-summer weather soon!:)
Hello everyone!!:) BBL!
Having a cool cool day here. Don't think it got out of the 40's and is to go down into the high 20's tonight and wet tomorrow. Doesn't sound too good but maybe they're wrong.{again}
Thanks guys about the frame work but can't get the collage part. Never know about the framing either. lol
Hi Posy, hope your DS is coming along good now that he's home.
Grace, That cat graphic is so cute!
Hi Marg!
Hi Tina! That BLINGEE has the prettiest pictures........Like the baby hat with the ears.
Time to go to Fla.
Marilyn, love that pelican pic!! Freeze warnings tonight and also for Sat night. Got the heat on again here but I think there is to be a warmup coming next week. I hope! Time for spring now!
Marg, Thanks to Janis. You won't get any argument from me on the weather, It is just downright weird. You see shorts one day and winter coats the next. We have a wood fire going too!
