Melt choc. and put nuts in it. (choc. covered nuts) then lay  them out on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper to cool. I use walnut halves, peanuts for clusters, chopped up pecan and caramel mixed together, drop a spoonful onto wax paper and chill, when cool dip in melted choc.

Put peanut butter  (creamy or chunky) between two Ritz crackers and put them together, do a couple dozen and then dip each set in the melted choc. Put on wax paper and chill. You can leave plain or drizzle white choc. across them.

Melt white almond bark and put peanut butter in it, put a few broken up pieces of Oreo in this. Melt the dark choc. and put in more broken up pieces of Oreo cookies.  Have a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Drop dollops of this mixture on the wax paper and then swirl a knife through to mix the colors and flavors. Let cool and break into pieces. swirled candy

Dip pretzels in it and put candy sprinkles on them and then cool.

OHH, I forgot the best one. Choc. Christmas Mice. Marachino cherries (with the stem attached-becomes the tail) dipped in choc., when still soft,  take a Hershey Kiss and put it on for the head and nose, add almond slivers between the cherry and the Kiss for the ears, and when cool add red dots for the eyes and a dot for the nose. These are so easy to make.

Put rice krispies in some melted choc. and drop by spoons full, makes crunch bars.

You can dip SO MANY things in this choc.

I use them in my candy recipes. Peanut clusters, peanut butter balls, chocolate covered pretzels etc.

I haven't found anyone that doesn't like the choc. covered peanut butter Ritz. They are absolute great!

I have even seen people take the chow mein noodles and mix in white or choc. almond bark and then drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.

I have also seen spoons dipped in choc. and then candy sprinkles added. Then the spoon was wrapped and a bow put on. This is then put in with a pretty coffee cup as a gift. Hot choc. packets are added also. Great cheap gift.

We melt a couple white ones and a couple chocolate ones together in the microwave... checking and stirring often.

Get a box of wheat thins, make a peanut butter "sandwich" out of them and then dunk them in the mixture til coated and set on some wax paper til cool.  Much like the Ritz ones but I don't like the flavor of those kinds of crackers.
