119 Days until the First Day of Spring!
What a pretty hydrangea. Not too much growing in the garden here.
Janis
Which means the current supply of blooms are about depleted at least up here in the north.
Another mystery flower from the seed packet.
"This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it." Psalm 118:24
Oh that is just beautiful . . a hydrangea right? Awesome!
Pretty hydrangea...Wendy, I can't help you out on this one. I have a pic of my burgundy Monarda that I got from my dear friend...her funeral was yesterday...104 years old. Charlene
Yes it is, unfortunately I don't know the name of it, the tag fell out of the pot when I moved. This pic was taken early in the fall...no blooms on it now
Well, this is what our (Endless Summer) hydrangeas look like now.
Still pretty, will leave these to create some winter interest.
Joan
I have a Limelight hydrangea. Thought it was a dud because it stayed white all summer but then it turned green and pink before Fall, even now it's pretty though it's brown. Wish we could reverse the seasons!
Trying out my micro lens!
Great job, Grannyfarmer...I would like to do more with my camera. I think it was Flowerjunkie that took some kind of photography class last year...or did she learn from a site on line? (CRS) Anyway, she certainly has alot of beautiful pictures now. Charlene
Oh Molly, I just love the way you think! LOL And love your hydrangea too! Charlene, what a nice tribute to your friend, may she rest in peace!

So nice to see some life on this thread. Here, it is really the end of the growing season. We have had no snow and the temperature is quite mild for this time of year, but everything is turning brown except the grass. I'm afraid my house plants are sleeping as well. Not too much is happening. The white red/salmon cactus finished blooming. The lilac coloured one has buds. Now my hibiscus has one bloom and the double peach one has none. So that leaves my orchid which believes it is supposed to bloom all the time. That's ok by me....love it. I can't believe that an orchid can be that beautiful.
Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful Bee Balm. I have some the same color but mine gets mildew really bad. I've been gone most of the day so it is late. I'll try to have some pics for you tomorrow. I've been shopping again! For plants that is.
