I pretty much like them all. The spanish peanuts are not my favorite but I'll eat them. Love pistachios for just eating. Pecan and walnut for cooking. Been really hungry for pecan pie. I might have to make one for Thanksgiving.
I like to parch(roast) field peanuts and Joyce likes to boil fresh green peanuts in salt water. I also like roasted Spanish peanuts and I like to toast pecans in a little butter. Joyce picked up two large boilers of "seedling" pecans(they're high in oils) at her moms last weekend, we'll get them cracked at Renfroe Pecan Company here, they ship every kind of "Nut" all over the states. She does nuts in white and dark chocolate for Christmas.
