For you folks starving for Hummer pictures!
It is still pretty lively at my place in Tacoma, WA. 3-4 fighting in the backyard feeder & two fighting for the front yard feeder. Wonder where the losers go?
This is the first time I've seen 2 at the feeder at the same time! Maybe tired of fighting all the time? If you look close at the first photo, you'll see two of them arguing. There was 4 of them at once, but I wasn't fast enough to capture it.
Forever watching his feeder!
This was taken at dusk. Won Editors Choice with it too here:

I'll post the activity going on it in the front yard later. Two different hummers there!

Fabulous shots as always Jack.
Welcome back! I hope you are feeling better.
That is surely a Hummber fix. Loved your photos. I saw so few hummingbirds this year that your photos make up for it. Thank you.
Class A shots Jack! It's good to see you back. Thanks!

Beautiful shots Jack - I am so jealous you still have hummingbirds, glad you are still providing for them.
Ok, here are two shots from yesterday.
Two different hummers at the front yard feeder. A male and female.
And I found out where he is hiding way in the bushes...
oldguybirdwatcher: Super pictures, Jack! Are those "front yard" hummers Rufous or Allen's?
I don't see any brown on them so I think they are Anna's.
Jack, here is one of my favorites. Talk about a peaceful look, this is it.
Getting older is fun--getting old should be avoided.
Great shot Pacman! Sure sets the mood like you said.
Finally caught my hummer in the act of catching a spider. Not a great photo, but better than none right?
He sure looked comical back in the bushes. Must be bad hair day. LOL
Better pictures coming later.
Dang Jack, those two pics are classics. Good job.
