I found a Viceroy butterfly in my yard last week. Its the middle of Nov and will be getting very cold in PA soon, what can I do?
Not really sure, do you actually have it or is it outdoors? If I had caught it I'd find out what they eat and put it in something like a old fish tank or something similar? I'm just guessing. Outdoors I put out fruit for my butterflies.
The caterpillar will roll itself in a leaf and overwinter.
