Marg, you asked on Sunday about my dog and a picture. She is an English Springer Spaniel and we named her Kody with a 'K' because we went all the way to Kalamazoo, MI to get her. She is my KodyGirl!
Very nice looking dog you have!
Susan, I love the pic of your dog!!! I wish I could have a dog here but I live in an apt and we can't have dogs here. Just cats and birds. How in the world did you get your cute dog from all the way in Kalamazoo? lol! How far away is that from you?

Susan beautiful Springer.
Susan what a beautiful dog. She must be a camera hog. It looks like she posed just for that picture.
Marg why in the world would anyone allow a cat and not a dog.
What a beautiful dog....
Margba if they ever allow you to have dogs let me know, and I will ship you one ShihTZu ASAP. After what he put us through yesterday, spending the afternoon looking for him I ams till a little ticced with him (Not really, just glad he is at home to tell you the truth). He is a little stinker but we love him. He was sure tired last night, just laid around snoozing until it was bed time. We are so happy with the woman that brought him home. Such a good person.
Albertagran, I would take Oliver off your hands in a flash!! lol! I always feel so badly about all the good dogs that get sent to the shelters these days. I'm so glad your Oliver didn't get stolen or anything like that and is back home safe and sound! I wonder how the gate got opened.
Steve, I know. I don't know either about why cats are usually allowed in places and not dogs. Even when you own the place like a condominium unit you're often not allowed to have dogs and other pets. Doesn't seem right to me. Oh well. Some day I'll have one I believe!!! :-)
I wonder about the gate too Margba. Husband isn't talking about it, but he sure looks guilty.
Susan, that is a gorgeous dog!

We had just lost our other Springer, Chelsea in August and was just heartbroken about losing her, so I started searching for another Springer. Happened upon a classified in the Sunday paper and since it was getting close to my birthday, I pleaded with my DH if we could at least go look at them, but it was in Kalamazoo. OK, why not make a day trip out of it! Kazoo is approximately 160 miles from us and it was a gloomy day in September. When we got there the sun had come out and 6 new puppies were trying to get our attention. Carl, DH, picked Kody out although I wanted a whiter looking one because there was more white than black.
Here's her first picture, it isn't the greatest because I can't find the original and I had to scan it.........talk about a Kodak moment!.........lol!
Awwwww!!! That's so cute!!! lol! Thanks for the adorable pic of KodyGirl as a puppy. Who couldn't resist a face like that!
She is beautiful.. Carol from Wi.
