I have at least eight caterpillars on my parsley. I think they are Tiger Swallowtail. Does anyone know anything about them?

I don't a thing about Tiger Swallowtails.  In fact I am not that knowledgeable about butterflies in general.  Hopefully, someone will be able to answer your question.

Having eight butterfly caterpillars is great no matter the kind...in my book!

Those are Black Swallowtail caterpillars. I love raising them. They also eat dill and Queen Anne's Lace. I have several posts about them on my  blog. http://elizabethssecretgarden.blogspot.com/2009/06/black-swallowtail-egg-has-hatched.html
